News and commentary about the intersection of information technology, politics, and policy presented by the members of Digital Politics, a course at Hamilton College.
I have a feeling Professor Strossen would have had a lot to say about this case! It raises so many questions about life in the NIE. The previous cases mentioned at the end seem to be easily distinguishable from the present case. It will be interesting to see how the appeals court rules in light of this seeming lack of precedent. I found this article about the case that offers a lot more information: http://www.courant.com/news/local/ hc-webspeech.artmar05,0,3846137. story
